How do I book?
Send us a WhatsApp message for the fastest reply, submit the quote form on our contact page, or email info@capitalchauffeurs.uk. You'll receive a fixed quote and a written confirmation.
What information should I include when booking?
Date and time, pickup and destination, number of passengers, number and size of luggage, flight number for airport transfers, service type and any extra stops or child seat requirements.
How is pricing calculated?
Each journey is quoted as an all-in fixed price based on distance, vehicle class, time and any extra stops or waiting. No surge pricing and no hidden extras.
Are you a licensed operator?
Yes — Capital Chauffeurs is a licensed UK Private Hire Operator with fully compliant vehicles and insurance for every journey.
What airports do you cover?
Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted and London City, plus private aviation terminals on request.
Do you offer meet & greet at airports?
Yes — your chauffeur meets you inside the arrivals hall with a personalised name board and assists with luggage.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight from take-off. The chauffeur adjusts to earlier or later landings automatically; standard airport waiting on delayed flights is included.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — child and booster seats can be arranged on request at the time of booking.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes — please tell us about your pet when booking so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.
How does payment work?
You'll receive an all-in fixed quote before the journey. Payment details are shared with your confirmation.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes — please get in touch and we'll set up account billing with a named point of contact for your team.
Can I book long-distance or European journeys?

Which languages do your chauffeurs speak?
Our chauffeurs communicate in clear English; several also speak Romanian and Italian.
